Nick the Dutch Baker Ltd.

Nick grew up helping in his Grandfather's bakery in Kinderdijk, Holland. In 1979 he immigrated to Canada and one year later he started his own bakery in Norwich, Ontario. In 1981 he started selling his baked goods at local markets. This continued after he moved his family to New Brunswick in 1996.
