The Sauter family has been selling their famous sausages and specialty meats at the Market for many decades. 

Michael, the current owner, was taught him the art of sausage-making by his Swiss father, Kurt. He now makes all the sausages himself with the help of his children using family recipes. Their high-quality sausages and specialty meats are made without additives, fillers, by-products or preservatives.
